I didn't expect anything other than a sweep, given my overall record. Good luck in the finals!

Meanwhile I have updated our Order of Merit thru tonight's upcoming playoff games.

AND ....

The Combined Regular Season Standings for our two 2006 seasons was:

Cubit (184-140)
Detroit-Tigers (183-141)
Stoney18 (175-149)
Bubba Hotep (173-151)
Ninersphan (172-152)
Qksilver (170-154)
Sandlotshrink (163-161)
Fowldawg (153-171)
Kaviksdad (148-176)
AF Dickie (143-181)
Cummings2 (141-183)
Nythawk (139-185)

This means that the Order for next year's Free Agent Draft (at least thru the first round -- for now ;)) will be:

1. Nythawk
2. Cummings2
3. AF Dickie
4. Kaviksdad
5. Fowldawg
6. Sandlotshrink
7. Qksilver
8. Ninersphan
9. Bubba Hotep
10 Stoney18
11 Detroit-Tigers
12 Cubit

It also means that the Divisional Alignement for Season One of TSN 2007 will be:

[u:34d76eba2c][b:34d76eba2c]EAST[/b:34d76eba2c][/u:34d76eba2c]
Cubit
Detroit-Tigers
Stoney18
Bubba Hotep

[u:34d76eba2c][b:34d76eba2c]CENTRAL[/b:34d76eba2c][/u:34d76eba2c]
Ninersphan
Qksilver
Sandlotshrink
Fowldawg

[u:34d76eba2c][b:34d76eba2c]WEST[/b:34d76eba2c][/u:34d76eba2c]
Kaviksdad
AF Dickie
Cummings2
Nythawk

I will now bump the Current Rosters thread so you can start figuring out whom you are going to drop and whom you will be keeping.

Please reacquaint yourself with the most current Charter and Rules for the league so you can fremember how we decided THIS league will be operating come next year's FA Draft.

The FA Draft will take place AFTER the cards come out but (hopefully) BEFORE the MLB season (or as close to it as possible) begins so make sure you have all your drops in place by the end of February please.

Keep in mind that the FA list on these thread is complete as it will NOT include all the players that played for the first time in MLB in 2006 (and there are quite a few good ones).

As soon as I receive the SOM disk info at the end of January I will go thru and create our new MASTER FA LIST for the TSN 2007 season and post it after ASAP (as well as make an Excel File available for all that want one ;)).

Thx,

Sandy

Congrats to D-T for edging Season One Champ Cubit in a one-run 5th Game. This helped him to extend his lead in our Order of Merit! 8)

He will pull away further with a win in the Finals but Stoney could move into Second Place with a win himself.

G/L to him and Stoney in the World Series!!! :D

I was sweating it (I haven't had good luck in Finals recently). And of course Hal pulls Clemens in the 5th, but I thought I should do well with Castillo, Alou, Thomas, Edmonds (who hasn't hit anything), Sheffield and Ortiz. The funny thing is I was so busy at work I didn't realize I made it until I read it here.

I just realized my pitching starts ruined my finals schedule. I can't get Clements and Halliday in twice during the 7 games :(

Look at O Cab and his clutch hitting.

.105 BA/SLG/OBP 19 AB (so basically 2 singles).

If anyone is interested I have a Cy Young winner and future hall of famer, with 17 games wins in 2005, who is available for trade.

DT, I'll take him if I can use him in this series :D

Sorry to hear about your rotation issues. That really bums me out not facing them twice. :D :D
