Is it required for Meat to select a SDAL. because he has lots of I,U,V,Y,Z, it looks like he didn't have to double up.

He's still elligible to select an untaken SDAL but he does not have to. Once SDAL is selected (which he can only do once he has 2 players with the same eligible letter on his team), however, he stuck with that sdal.

wasn't aware I HAD to select an sdal, figured i'd just get one when it became neccessary, which will certainly be when unc's torturous rule weighs in. is it written that you MUST select an sdal if you don't need one yet, im already limited to just a few letters by not having one yet.,

thanks for the update, was typing as you were...that was the impression I was under. this gives me more leeway for dealing with unc's inhumane shift. one of the reasons I kept otherwise useless garth iorg. :roll:

21 is the magic number at defense as well as different letters.
