Set #1 will determine the two card years to drop.

1 = year ending "0"
2 = year ending "2"
3 = year ending "6"
4 = year ending "8"
5 = year ending "9"

the first 2 numbers in the 1-5 randomizer will be the corresponding dropped years

set #2 will determine the one card year to add

1 = year ending "1"
2 = year ending "3"
3 = year ending "4"
4 = year ending "5"
5 = year ending "7"

the first number in the 1-5 randomizer will be the corresponding added year

Unless there are any objections, I see no reason that a manager wouldn't be allowed to change any of his keepers, as long as the change is made prior to the start of the steal round.
