In reality charlie would get be getting the16th pick or last pick before all the drafted players, in order to stisfy all concern Charlie should put Ernie Anders as his 16th pick and then he could drop him if he wants

This should solve the problem with draft picks.

Why must CB be forced to put Ernie Anders on his draft card?

Dugger has Hack Wilson and by charlie putting Ernie Anders in his 16th draft slot will gain no advantage in the draft for trading the extra pick :D
