Thx Stoney, I was afraid of that - oh well, at least he'll be cheaper...

Oh my sweet heebie jeebies!

I've been reading some posts speculating about the prices of some cards, it looks like Castillo and Clemens will be quite pricy, and I imagine that Figgins, Ichiro and Konerko won't be too cheap either, plus the defensive value of Wilson and Wells...oh my, on top of that I got K-Rod and Glaus  Oh jeeeeez...any hints on good sub 1 mil bargains?

Hendrix: Curtis Granderson :?: :?: :?:

Judging from his splits he should have a pretty good balance vs LHP. Looks like steal right there.

I have to run for a while so am posting a public proxy.1.Damon, 2Jenkins.I am assuming also that since Hendrix posted his last pick that his proxy is now null and void

Granderson is a 3 in center, but a 2 in LF. I'm going to hold on to him for now. He should be a good value pick, but we'll see when the TSN prices come out.

I was going through my players splits...I think I've assembled a seriously unbalanced team

Does anybody know if Castillo is an inj 2?

Thanks Cummings. If I didn't think I was running out of money I would have picked Rivera over Politte; but then again, Strat has its "favorites" and Rivera was never one of them. They don't seem to like B. Clark either.
He's a terrific fielder; how can they make him a 4? He should have been at LEAST a 2. They also never seem to like Griffey, Javy Lopez on D, and Jenkins (never gets what his OBP deserves), and the "post 35" Lofton.

I don't have the new SOM 2006 disk (wish I did). I'm just guessing Rivera's expensive; and probably with a card that doesn't reflect his performance.
Maybe they give out less C4-6s.

Oh his card will be reflective, but you're right I'd imagine he'll be in the $7 MM range. He's got 1.1 total OB chances vs LH and 12.8 vs RH (of which 11 is walks)
