If its random, in the future shouldn't that be randomized?

I decided that before we started season 1 to do it this way. I had that in the original rules and might have edited it out when I just revised them to make them more clear.

Before season 1 it was going to be between 3-5 years and there were differing opinions. We decided to go with 5 yas to make as many players available as possible while setting up the teams. But that's a lot of card since we can use any card if the player is eligible.

I wanted to drop to 4 years for season 2 to see if we like it more/less with a smaller deck.

After this season the plan is to vote to drop to 3, keep it at 4, or go back to 5.

1st season we had a 16 round draft, now we're only doing the 8 keepers and an autodraft for the rest? Not doing an 8 round draft to go along with the 8 keepers?

I think an autodraft is okay.

And however you want to do the available years is fine with me.
