Technically you are correct but to be courteous to the entire division that has to wait for you to enter it would have been nice to do as Novie had suggested there is no research that needs to be done for this and you are not competing for players so this would not take time but - yes NOV 30 is the start date.

For what it is worth, I would favor just completing the agreed upon series using ATG4 set, unless the person making the crazy rules says otherwise. I was contemplating saying that for every team another manager would substitute a negro league player for a selected player from their final roster, and would be forced to play that player all season. The player for whom you are substituting must be white, of course. I think of it as forced integration. :) CW
