Splinter, where in Georgia do you live. My sister-in-law lives in Savannah.

Canton...35 miles North of Atlanta...by way of Woodstock...via Sandy Springs...via Vinnings...via Buckhead...Via Decatur....via Clarkston....via Stone Mountain.. Savannah is about 4 hours away but I'm there about 2-3 weeks out of the year doing business.

Although I have lived in Atlanta for 25 years, I grew up in Boston. Frank M immediately becomes suspect. You say "acknowledged star SOM player". I say"junk". :P

A Fenway Park recreation 2 hours up I-85. That's a must see. Go a little further up the road and see the new Durham Bulls ballpark. Very, very nice and still has the bull from the movie.

I wonder if there's miniature Wrigley Field hiding somewhere?
