billyv - I think if someone is being held on first, it can result in a decrease of 1 range factor for the middle infielder responsible for covering second, was that the case?

yes in that case i believe the rating is changed to a 2. also when the infield is in the rating is also +1 i think (not positive)

In the top of the eighth with one out and none on David Ortiz hits a gb(3B)x to Mike Lowell. HAL has got me on this one, Lowell is a 1e16.

With all the teams still in the race for the playoffs now might be the time for someone to jump on David Ortiz for the second half of the season(and remember he still had a 900 plus OPS vs righties this season :lol: )

I also might have some pieces that some may be interested in like a Kevin Correia (wouldn't take too much), Casey Kotchman, or Brian Fuentes (who it would take a bit to get, as he had a tremendous '08 as well). If interested, make me an offer.
