Someone from the East can go ahead and create the league whenver you are ready. $100M cap, 5/10/20 drops, DH, no unleashed. Don't have a set time for waivers yet, for now just set it for We or Th and we'll figure out the exact time tomorrow. edit- I think you can change the waiver time after the initial creation of league, if not wait to create until we get a definite time.

Go to 'draft players', then 'batters', then 'all' - you'll find the stadiums in the list alphabetically.

Blackjack, I'm a little confused about frenzy waivers. With a frenzy, there are no waivers. All players are free agents. Does this mean we put any other free agent players we hope to acquire on our AD card? Thanks.

No, they don't go on your card. When the waivers starts (time is set by me, tbd, hopefully a time everyone can do) you can then pick up any free agents left over, (remember not to take anyone from drafted teams and the 4 player draft, even if they are not on an active roster). You must keep at least 15 players from your two drafted teams and of course not go over the cap.
