BATTLE OF THE ALLTIME FRANCHISES

15 Pre-Detemined Alltime Franchise Rosters to be selected from.
BASEBALL TEAM BY TEAM ENCYCLOPEDIA REFERENCE SOURCE FOR TEAMS
DH - Yes
Order of draft to be determined by Lotto ( high to low)
FA - Each Manager will be able to use their drafted pre-determined rosters and select players on any of the noted years belonging to that Franchise. The $150M maximum cap must be adherred to.

In addition, any players who had played 3 seasons in a meaningful manner which I will determine may be selected from the FA pool ( any team not apart of the 12 Franchises drafted).

Trades - May only involve players coming and going from teams they played on in real life. At least 2 seasons required.

Genegrid needs to decide the issue of whether we used last nights lottery. He did list the states yesterday but was it his intent to use last nights results.

I'm going to PM genegrid and ask him to decide whether it was his intention to use Oct. 12 results since he was the one who posted the message about drafting or use Oct. 13 results.
