Any owner in the east (I'll repost divisions shortly) can go ahead and open the league. Munich Man can confirm, but I believe we're going with 100m with DH and waivers.

Technically it does not matter which group of four is in which location (EAST, CENTRAL & WEST) but I'm fond of playing in WEST divisions so I'd prefer if someone from either of the first 2 sets of 4 opened the league.

Note: As I started to do the actual draft on my team, I realized that I could not afford Barfield, even though I selected him in the draft. I will not be drafting him, and he will be available for the regular draft to anyone who wants him.
