[quote:52efd699b1="klx22"] My prediction is I lose the division by 2 games. Thats about how my luck goes in this game so far.[/quote:52efd699b1]

C2 - We will miss you. No one has ever called me J-Lo quite the way you have! To quote Ross Pirot, "What is that loud sucking sound?" That was the Coronas who managed to go 4-17 over the last 21 to blow at least an 8 game lead and miss the playoffs! I am going to take that as a sign. I am out of credits and think I am stepping away for a while. Best of luck to all. J Law

[b:64f0d87df7]Next Season:[/b:64f0d87df7]

Originally I had planned to start Season II a week or so after Season I ended. However after some consideration - I think it would be best to wait until Sept to resume FRKL - for several reasons.

1 - ATG IV is coming out so many owners, including prospective replacements, are likely to have their attentions focusing on that card game.

2 - It is the middle of summer and plenty of owners are likely to be travelling or taking vacations, so delays in recruitment & or preparing for Season II are likely to be longer.

3 - My focus, that which is not spent on ATG IV, is going to be on getting the 2 TBK leagues I run up and going.

4 - More of the MLB Season will have played out - thus making it easier for owners to determine what are good keepers for 2009.

5 - Perhaps the extra wait will allow C2 & JLaw time to change their mind. ;-)

So barring a major objection - FRKL Season II preparations will begin in Sept, rather than late July.

Personally I am pretty happy that my team was able to hold on to clinch the WC. :)

Kudos to jehale, Stoney & visick on clinching their respective divisions - a couple of very close endings! No team in the East or Central was more than 4 games out of 1st!

Well I was able to split a pair with Stoney, but jehale will need to win both tonight at home to stay alive against visick.

I was lucky enough to take both games against Stoney, and avoid a Game V but visick made sure there wouldnt be any doubt in the other semi final. Should be an interesting series!

Some how managed to win both games on the road to take a 2-0 lead with 3 games at home. Lets see if we can put a stranglehold on this series. :)

Took a risk with Hernandez but it didnt pan out ... now hopefully Hill or Haren can win me a game on the road.
