Almost Pre-Card Draft

Are Penn and Ineluki going to make their two picks before the cards come out?

If they don't pick before cards come out, they just forfeit them & will have to compete with other owners for players in waivers since we have drops allowed. No biggie.

Yes - but won't they have to put something on their draft cards? Who will they put there? Will they have to drop the players they pick up before waivers?

They can put whoever they like there - it's really a penalty for them because they are then competing with other managers for those players rather than having exclusive rights to them as if they had drafted them. They are forfeiting those draft picks, in essence.

Everyone must announce drops before waivers commence, after the pricing has come out.

There's a three drop/add limit to get under cap, right? If so ...

Maybe I'm being uptight, but I think t'd be best if they picked before pricing is released. (Or it should count towards their three drop/adds, IMO.)

Otherwise, they get a guaranteed .50 player to help them stay under cap without burning a drop/add. That'd potentially be an unfair advantage, wouldn't it?

Accidentally (or not) drafting overpriced guys in the late rounds could mean a manager loses a stud. They should share that risk with everyone else who picked in the final rounds.

If they don't pick before prices come out, then they have to use one of their drops on their last coupla picks....that should take care of it....

Well according to QK's first page, we are supposed to say our (up to) 3 drop in the draft order. So Hawk, if youa re going to drop anyone, speak up!

I have 3 guys with no cards, and maybe 2 drops. But then I'll wait and see who might be dropped ;) I am at 94 mil without dropping anyone, so I'm under the cap anyways, in fact I need MORE talent

Please post your drops:

So if someone drops a pitcher how do we set up the draft card? Just substitute in a srub $.50 who nobody would ever take?
