A. Round #1....100M, no dh, advanced, 20% penalities.

1. Must use one of the following stadiums...

a. Wrigley '78 (18/18/18/18)
b. Briggs '41 (12/12/18/18)
c. Fulton '78 (13/13/20/20)

2. No pitcher over 5M (5M is OK) for the entire season....If you violate the rule at anytime then you cannot advance to Rd #2.

I want all leagues to open by their league Commissioner at anytime fro this time forward. All managers can begin to load their team into leagues from the above date [b:234a68ddca]BUT the league cannot auto draft (complete loading) until anyone of the following dates and times occur:

12:01am Eastern time Friday, December 27th through and up to midnight Eastern time, Friday, January 2nd in order for all leagues to begin on Monday, January 5th.[/b:234a68ddca]
