There is no mention of being restricted to 25 in the original league thread on the other board, and I've picked with the expectation that we can max out at 28. Please let me know if that is incorrect!

and remember, since you ca only trade 2 players, that will force the hand of those who decide to trade late, in limiting your possible trade partners. ;)
