No.1 Please Promote prospects now. Although, they can be promoted at any time, it is good gamesmanship not to exploit this rule loophole that I will close after this season.
Also, we have cuts from 15 people. We Need 9 more before we can begin the draft. I am going to give people until Sunday and then the emails and PMs will start to go out.
