Hi guys- Just wanted to offer a humble apology for holding the group up. I had a two-level spinal fusion surgery a few weeks ago and had a flare up that unfortunately made strat the last thing on my mind the last couple days.

I am improving now but still feel bad for causing you guys the inconvenience.
