You know how difficult it is to smack-talk when you have a pitching staff like mine?

I mean, Sidney Ponson hasn't made it to the fourth inning yet! Acutally, correction, he did pitch a gem by his standards against you ty, 4 ip 1 er...and he still lost!

Most of my banter and trashing is (currently) directed at my own guys.

But, still I know I'll be wiping the sweat of my armpits with your pitcing staffs so, what me worry as the wise man once said!

So, who is it tomorrow, let me check...

DOH! it's the Riffs and Cyrus...DOH! again, why can't I catch a break...well, this is where I have to practice

ahem (clearing throat):

"It's the warriors, the warriors did it!"

Who got Cyrus, I ask you???? Thassss Right:

Just thought I'd point out that of the 5 teams with a positive run differential, 3 of them are in the west.

No, I don't have any point to that comment other than to deflect interest in my sad sack team, which is dragging near bottom in both pitching and hitting.

At this stage, chuck, the Warriors couldn't have done it as all my weapons are miss-firing.

We have had a little recent luck, but I'm up against the best team in the league tonight. Jerlins, I could use some good news when you deliver the mail tonight (or maybe an offer for Hernandez? :) ), but I'm afraid I'm going to find a letter bomb instead.

Just to let you guys know. I'm super busy this weekend, but I'll be biting on candy to get the SMACK Back!

I'll be making pretzels with your wimpy gurlie leggs when I get my schedule back in place.

In the words of the famous IRS auditor: "I'll redefine pain on you guirlie"

-Now how's [i:bb04e6c543]that[/i:bb04e6c543] for smack my good ol' Ty?

You're right about managing so many teams at once. Have 4 05 teams going, 1 06 and 1 06 starting Monday. I have to cool it for a bit. I look at my teams and say to myself..."Great, I wont 2 out of 3, now what park does this team play in?" How Altec does it is beyond me.

As for tonight, last nights game left me in shambles. No CF, no sub CF, and missing Dunn for game 1. Should have 4's patrolling the of positions. If I win 1 game, I'll be shocked.

Nice, game 2 tonight ends up with Gomez patrolling LF, Counsell CF, and Estrada in RF. Doesn't get any better than that!!!

 Johny Estrada in RF!

You still won two of three though.

Recently I had a game, can't rememebr if I was shut out or if I scored just 1 run. BUT, it turn out that the other teams SS was injured in the second inning, an Garret Anderson played the rest of the game in SS. Still lost.

Well Charlie manhandled me, between the warriors and the Riffs...Jeez, my poor Tom Waits inspired cool dudes don't stand a chance.

Aaaaah, but I'll get ya Charlie...and if I don't then at least I'll keep Chavez for the rest of the season

If you weren't in my division...

Postby ROBERTVOZZA » Sun Mar 26, 2006 2:31 am

I'd advise you to get some pitching that can get batters out and get some middle IF's who can hit - You're playing in Coors for c ryin' out, pete's sakes mother my corns...

But I am in your Division, so I won't say a word...

I have always had ...

Postby ROBERTVOZZA » Sun Mar 26, 2006 2:38 am

players who played many positions that could hit righties and one who could hit lefties. Cheapos, of course...Evan a player like Willie Mays would be a 5e88 at SS in strat.

My problem is I will have a player on the bench who plays a position to take an injured players place...But Friggin' HAL will make a decision to put someone there who never even played there in little league.
