[quote:72dc80e794="nythawk"]I have no problem trading you Gorzelanny for Cabrera since he would have been my choice had you taken Gorzelanny.Let me know if that is what you want to do.Again didnt want to skip you but I was heading out and had no time to leave a proxy

sandy next time I am up and havent posted my pick within an hour feel free to pick for me. Since we have targeted the same players just pick the next player on your list and I will be happy with the selection :) [/b][/quote:72dc80e794]

Thanks for the more than friendly offer hawk. My posts yesterday were moe the shock of getting there on line finally last night and NOT seeing my pick made. I'm fine with it-- lesson learned. But your offer was, indeed, more than generous, though I'll stick with Cabrera for the time being. Now, I'll go back over to the Draft and make a pick.

Thank both you and Sandy for your concern.

Oh, yes, Qk, hard to believe you are in that much pain.

[quote:ebf32505c7]yeah Cruz was my next choice just 2 picks away [/quote:ebf32505c7]

Hawk, I SWEAR I knew that. I felt it to the core. I counted your sp's and after you took Gorzo I swore you would take Cruz next. I totally sweated taking Proctor over him but was worried that someone else needed an RP and only NP really needed to toy with the idea of another SP there.

I said the ONLY guy that is going to get me is Hawk so I was happy that you took Gonzo. There was still someone I 'd rather have taken my Cruz pick but I KNW that if I did you would take Cruz with your first pick in the 5th round.

Thanks for confiming. I feel better now.

Whew!!!! 8)

has he parlayed his wealth of 6th rounders into a move up the board??

or stockpiled more picks in a frantic effort to rebuild his rotation?

One thing is for sure qksilver is the Jimmy Johnson/Bill Walsh of Strat-O draft trades.

See, the thing is, I don't see a frantic effort. He took Villanueva early and Hill after but two NON-sp's after.

He has 3 decent-to-elite sp's already and 2 other serviceable ones for his 5 man rotation.

Methinks, he is still drooling over that wealth of talent I keep telling y'all is still out there, and his coveted Feliciano pickup allowed him to trade Qualls (a guess) to KD for another pick (or two). ;)

Sandy nailed it

That is indeed the trade. Qualls to KD for his next pick. I'm posting revised Rnd 5 order now.

Yeah, for all his wHining about picking from the "dregs " of the 5th and 6th rounds, he sure has stock piled enough picks there.

Yeah Stoney, you HAVE been a patient boy.

I could NEVER wait this long.

Meanwhile, I guess Cubey is doing some serious research!
