I gained a game which hasn't happened often lately so I'll take it. Still 72 to play? This is going to be one of if not the most nerve-racking league I'm in right now.

But, at the same time it will be fun, especially since I'm competing with the best here in this league. 8)

Everytime I think this team stands a chance I crash back to reality with the awareness, that yes, Bobby Hill IS my starting 3B. all .60 Mil of his.

...and last I checked (5 minutes or so ago) Orlando "Boom-Boom" Hudson had smacked more doubles than Derreck Lee... so... I don't think I stand much of a chance Jeepster... you're just toying with me and Lee.

Interesting. I decided to check my last few 1-run games. I'm on a streak of 6 straight 1-run wins, however, immediately preceding this streak was a streak of 5 straight 1-run losses. Isn't that a little funny-weird. I'm glad the odds caught up. :wink:

Three games all decided by 2 runs vs the C2 machine last night with the Gamblers taking two. What I like about this squad is their nice road record. :)

Why do I feel like I'm the only one posting here in this league. :?

My squad has played an amazing 34 1-run games, which is exactly 1/3 of the games played. My record in those games is a robust 24-10, and winning the last six of those. As Stoney pointed out several days ago my R.D. wasn't good for my record, but that's why in a nutshell. I have, however, increased my R.D. of late, to where it's a +13. :) :wink:
