If there are other suggestions, I am open. If anyone has been left off this list and has already played LOTO, please speak up. If the 1st 48 players listed accept their invites, those will be the 48 players. In the event that we do not have enough players, the others will be invited in order from a mix and matchlist of suggestions from the rest of you. If anyone has problems with anyone on these lists, please message me privately, as keeping harmony is as important to me as competitiveness.

If I have somehow inordinately left anyone's name off the list, please do not be offended and remind me. I am old and senile and have a terrible memory and there is certainly no offense intended here.

Good to know. I'm in the Civil Theme league and he's doing his best "Aw shucks guys, I'll be lucky to win a game against all of you" routine. :D

Jeff, once you start playing LOTO, the Official Tour, JaserD etc., you'll never want to go back to auto-leagues.

Well, I guess if you're going to fall it better be because of the mighty ones...but ufff...looks like a massacre waiting for me...what a great bunch of names Rob! PBTR 8) I love it, I keep wanting to get K-O'd by him...at least it's bound to be By the Rules..he,he,he (I know that was really lame)

J-Gang...now THAT guy is classy, really uber-cool dude. I've admited to this before so I have no qualms (anymore) with it. He swept an entire season from me once in the same league...at least he wasn't in my divison...and towards the end of the season, around game 150-something he sent me a league mail, just a quick suggestion, simple note to learn from. Good tip as well, cool dude I tell you.

Even though my odds of getting past the first round will be long, I wouldn't want to miss this opprtunity for the world, a lap dance maybe, but not the world :lol:

I think I would celebrate with a champagne victory party if I could sneek into the 2nd round !!

p.s. I like the minor rule changes from round to round, it really takes a lot of the "luck" factor out of who wins To win that 60 mil cap you really have to know your "low-end" players.

I swear that I've got a curse on my 1st place teams that they will ALWAYS lose to a 4th place team even if my team is one of the tops in offense and I'm playing in my home stadium! :x

As for my Hatemongers, I made a couple of changes to the team which may spell post-season or LAST PLACE! :shock:

last year some of the guys complained, but the idea of LOTO is - The simplicity of Autodrafts, with enuf twists to make it a real challenge among highly competitive players. Knowledge of how to win in all 3 caps is a good challenge IMO and I like the idea of nobody being able to use the same Ballpark more than once.

Winning requires not just luck, but the ability to adapt and play against your usual patterns and strengths - which all 48 players get to do in the 1st round. The 2nd round gives the 24 best a chance to manage a big budget. Then the last 12 have to do the opposite of that.

I think it is a great challenge and very difficult to place as well as win this Tournament...And the competition is fierce as all the players are a tremendous mix of personalities, regions and all around great guys to play with.

Well I just can't seem to get both this team and my tour team to be good at the same time. :roll: This team gets on a bit of a roll and suddenly my tour team's offense disappears and they start to totally backslide! :x
