Anyone in the East can set it up after the Drop Penalty is decided..

I'm off to work, will be back 5:30 to see whats going on.

I think the gradually increasing drop setting is a big improvement and didnt' exist when this theme was thought up. Please go that way.

I am getting on a plane this afternoon (4PM Pacific, 7PM Eastern) for several unfortunate hours. I'm in the Central, so unless the East loads right away, I'm afraid I'll be holding us up from drafting tonight if that's the plan...I'll try to check in before I take off...
