Just to put my opinion out there… I really don’t care for a three round draft. Just seems to take a lot of the control out of the owner’s hands. Seems like the concept of “team building” would be, at least to a certain extent, diminished.

This is a suggestion meant for comment...
One non-gameplay suggestion is that we agree to give the Commish more leeway to make decisions. With a 24 team league throwing every change up for a vote can get tedious. I'd be alright giving the Commish more power to implement rule tweaks (e.g., moving to a slotted draft system w/o a vote).
Give the Commish the ability to put up for a vote only ideas that he deems important enough to call for a vote (votes of course can be asked for at any time, but they are at the discretion of the Commish). I'd expect the Commish to allow a period of public comment to help gauge the interest of implementing a rule change prior to the change. If there seems to be shenanigans (Commish creates a rule that he gets the first pick in every draft), a vote to replace the Commish could happen at any time.

Back to the 24TKL

OK, with vote #16 we go back to the 24TKL right away.
Unless there is a major objection, I suggest that the top 6 and bottom 6 in each of the 12-team leagues become the new divisions in the next season.

Yes, congrats to Qksilver for winning the title in 7 games. Couldn't overcome the loss of my 2 biggest hitters and a 3-error game 7
