A little explanation about the "super majority" needed for rule changes -
I figured that if I came out with the complete rules at the start no one could complain - since the rules were up before the players joined. As such, I assumed everyone could live with the rules as I had set them up.
I also wanted to make sure that we didn't get too polarized about rule changes - that some change or another would divide us into "camps." So I thought that if we could get 8 or more to agree to any change that would help keep harmony here (yes, I can be tremendously naive).
So let's table the 3 proposals that were out there and just go to a simple a or b choice:
[b:5428c26ea5]a) let the rules remain the same and have the prospect draft order match the stadium order[/b:5428c26ea5]
or
[b:5428c26ea5]b) do a randomizer for the prospect league draft.[/b:5428c26ea5]
Here's what I think the results are so far - if I have your vote wrong please change it:

Hey fellas, just checking in from the good ol' mobile. Can't log in to draft site from here though, what's the scoop, tons of proxies fired and we're up to rd 18?
I think I left 57 proxies so I should be fine for another round or two.
On the rules vote. In all fairness I say let them stand as written. It would be better for me to randomize as I'm likely to get better than next to last but it seems like the fair thing to do to vote A.
