It certianly isn't up to the point his NAKL team is, but he was in the process of rebuilding it after taking over for someone else last year.

However, it is loaded with top proppects, especially in the pitching department:
Carlos Santanna
Lonnie Chisenall
Jose Tabata
Shelby Miller
Marting Perez
Julio Tehran
and of course Mr Strasburgh

Okay guys, here's a rundown of how many cuts and promotions each of you is responsible for before the upcoming draft. Remember rules state that you must be ready for the draft by having an active roster size between 25 and 30. For each member I will list the MINIMUM number of cuts due, prior to the draft and promotion of prospects. I will also list the number of prospects that need to be promoted or releases as they've reached their 2 year post draft date.

As an example. I have a current roster of 40 and 2 prospects that need to be promoted or released. If I want to release the 2 prospects all I need to do is cut a minimum of 10. If I want to promote the two prospects, I will need to cut a minimum of 12. I have the option of cutting enough players to get 15 draft picks, but I do not have to do so.

Here is the rundown of roster size, minimum cuts, and the number of prospects needing promotion. The number in parenthesis is the number of cuts needed to keep all prospects. I'll post this in the chat thread too.

So I am looking to move either Markakis or Swisher for an upgrade in LF over Colvin/Murphy.
