Once your roster is full it matters not to the person what pitcher they bring out. If I fill my roster I have no interest in picking the next player. I agree with bkeat just let the next team bid as this will speed things up.

just pick one and nominate, poll doesn't matter who you nominate since your roster isn't full. This takes long enough as it is, no need to make it needlessly longer.
