My vote for the '08 draft is 4 rounds non-serpentine, then serpentine after that. So...whoever finishes last will get the 12th, 24th, 36th, 48th, 49th, 72nd, 73rd, 96th picks.

My original rules called for non-serpentine (NFL style) draft. Many disagreed and felt that was too harsh for the big loser (me). My question is, can you change the draft site after initial settings are made? Ex. - 4 rounds serpentine, 4 rounds non. I have not set up a draft on Deegan's site. My preference would be to use that site but we could post on these boards?

[b:c4bc67d514][color=darkblue:c4bc67d514]No you can not. It's a moot point anyway at this point as Major deegans site is not active with the new card set yet [/color:c4bc67d514].[/b:c4bc67d514]

Guys - if we want to use Deegan's site & the cards are up on it, there is a simple solution. Have 2 separate drafts:

1) Draft the 1st 4 rounds non-serpentine

2) Everyone load their 1st 4 picks as proxies for the 2nd draft, which is 8 rounds & serpentine

Follow me? So in the 2nd draft we auto-draft the 1st 4 rounds via pre-loaded proxies, then start live drafting in round 5.

Yes, I go by "genius", that's fine. Donations also welcome. :P :D 8-)

Excellent job, there, Quicksilver...

For everyone's information: I heard on another league thread that Major Deegen might be ready next week some time with his site. So, if we followed QS's suggestion and started now/soon with 4 rounds on the boards, we might be ready right when MD is for the later rounds when it's tougher to figure out who is still available. Sounds like it could work out pretty good.

I like it. 4 rounds now while we're waiting, then finish up online as it gets easier to leave proxies. Good stuff.
