Sleezy Pre-Card

Postby Stoney18 » Fri Feb 10, 2006 11:21 pm

I think that's why I'm having a hard time with this draft. I would have pegged Rhodes at about $3.5.

His card is not very good against lefties and being an R1.

That means HAL will only use him against RH Hitters and never against LH Hitters :( . SGT D

Any thoughts on what Matt Wise and Brandon McCarthy will be like? I'm really just taking shots in the dark here.

Wise will be similar to a Juan Rincon or Linebrink type of card. McCarthy similar to a Zack Greinke type of card, but likely S6/R3, and a little pricier due to better stats vs LH hitters...

Public proxy - PNC Park (Pittsburgh) - assuming Sgt D won't want it given his all-righty SP rotation....

I made my picks, I would post Qk seeing he wants PNC, but I do not know how current that is. SGT D

Did I start tne ballpark run? If so, it reminds of Fantasy Football when the first kicker is picked, many soon follow.

Does D. Navarro and J. Crain have cards? and if so, how do they look. SGT D

They both will have cards I'd bet...

Navarro is 3(+1)e1, even balanced, high 30s on base both ways and pretty bad clutch. Kind of a Paul LoDuca type card (low 3 mil)

Crain will be very good, a little better Ricky Bottalico from 2004. (and -5 hold). I'd put him about 5 mil.
