My two cents 9and just my two cents) on rules clarifications

I personally think the rules are fine as is...It looks like Turtle is doing the right thing by the rules as they are currently written, and as I understand them thanks to rburgh and nhsteven's input and reviewing the rules a few times. I appreciate it. I think next time I see something questionable, I will try to handle it through private messaging first. Sorry if anyone was bothered by this side-track.

Can everyone check their rosters and make sure they have the correct players and also ensure I counted your total # correctly. We need to make sure they are right so that everyone knows what round they need to stop drafting. Thx
