NLD 13 Draft thread

Postby Jeepdriver » Sat Apr 01, 2006 8:45 am

I for one will be around all day today...Putting the finishing touches, tweaks, etc. to my Fantasy Teams. Between that and two live drafts and all my new '06 teams, no one has seen much of me this week. I'm lucky I have a wife that supports my habit. :D

Biggie -

The Cleveland crew will be more than happy to party at your park.

Are you going to supply the fish and chips?

I'll supply the beer as I'm Irish.

Besides - the NLD needs a little debate to get the strategies out on the table.

If anything, I'll feel right at home in this new waiver system as I love to add and drop. It will be interesting to see some of the large price tags trying to hit the waiver wire -

Has anyone seen stats for the currently running $100m leagues?

Ain't pretty and ain't all that glitters is gold.

You got it! Cod OK, or do you prefer Haddock? Salt and vinegar? What about the mushy peas? We ain't talking Long John Silvers here.

And make mine a Guinness!

Biggie,

Definitly Haddock. Cod's what they use at McDonald's for the Filet-O-Fish.

Proxies left for today and good enough for next week - :D

Off to unass my yard from last summer's rent-a-landscaper's misdeeds.

Not sure how he didn't see the grubs (first time in six years) - and leaves me a note telling me how nice my yard looked.

Incredible

Semper

For what it's worth, I agree with you about the $100mm cap. I have a hunch that JTJ ratings will show a very balanced league once we're done drafting. Let's hope the dice roll our way!

This is my only 2005 team. How is the schedule set up this year? Is it 30 games per team in our division or 24?
