The "Dunk JeepDriver" League Chat

Postby Jeepdriver » Mon Aug 21, 2006 7:29 am

You guys are killing me, I love all the ideas on stopping the Wrangler, but that's what so great about this vehicle. No matter what obstacle you put in front of it it can drive over it! :D

It's more fun reading all the follow-up from a Dunk than the actual Dunk itself. (Maybe)

And that's why we need to keep the dunk series rolling! Probably with Robvoz as the next dunkee du joir.

The banter and hijinks are just too much fun.

Ah well - had a really poor showing from all my teams last night, so I am not surprised to have been dunked by JeepDriver. :(

Buck up there AT! Throw a pep rally, have a bonfire, line up a bunch of Wranglers and have a monster truck crush them into spare parts and you'll feel much better in the morning.

I did a complete 360 the 2nd week, going 14-7 after a 7-14 Week 1.

What that says more than anything (IMO) is the strength in my Division, Kev and Tyber have very strong teams.

Anywho, very :D to turn things around this past week. Week 3 starts tonight with my good buddy Stoney the first victum, err opponent. :P

H-e-l-l-l-o-o-o Mr. Jeep. The East is w-a-i-t-i-n-g for you!! Your last trip through the Eastern jungle (-19 points) must still wake you up in the middle of the night in sweat like Vietnam flashbacks!!
Ty, Hershey, and I have really really missed you. You better be stocking up on the "L" shaped bodybags, because there may a few coming your way at the end of the week!

Oooops....sorry. Perhaps this was too graphic and harsh!!

Jeep, I am waiting for my shot at you still, my team is anxious and ready to flatten your tires, you gotta watch out for those spike strips that I have waiting! I have also dusted off the Rocky III soundtrack and queued it up to start after the results on Tuesday night are posted. Of course Eye of the Tiger is going to be the only song played all day Wednesday. My boys will be so sick of hearing the song that they are going to pummel the Wranglers like there's no tomorrow to make sure that isn't the strategy for the next time we face you!

I am going to GUARANTEE a dunk of Jeep on Wednesday night!

There goes BDB shooting off his mouth again, making predictions about things he doesn't know anything about. Maybe you shoulda kept that job at the Weather Channel, you were at least right 50% of the time back then. :P

Regarding the spike strips that flatten tires. I understand you had to install that because teams couldn't wait to leave that pathetic rat trap of a field you got there.

And the "Eye of the Tiger" song. That will fire us up being a Clemson grad you know...as in the Clemson "Tigers". We don't even need any sheet music to play that. Throw in a little "Tiger Rag" while you're at it.

Go Wranglers!

That was a pretty quick response from Jeepster, I expect that means that there is a lot of worrying going on in the Wrangler dugout. Usually a quick response is only for an immediate threat! I know now how worried he is now!

As far as the rat trap of a stadium, I thank you for the compliment, as the rats have been running from that place recently. Just wait until you see the creatures that I have left for you in the locker room! I guess that may partially explain the reversal of fortunes at home (15-6) as on the road (6-15).

I luuuuuve it

Ty, get that Patton speech ready...BD, get the Rocky soundtrack going and Kev you keep taunting...I'm going to get new glasses  'em Wranglers broke my old pair.

I'll be hiring Larry Bowa, Lou Pinella and that guy in the minors that threw that major league temper tantrum a few weeks ago. Then I'll bring Mike Ditka and Mike Tyson to fire up my Renegdes...and this is all for you Jeep-ee-poo.

...don't you just hate when I call you that jeep-ee-poo?

:P

(Now [i:e746cfe763]that[/i:e746cfe763] was some wimpy trash talk -and it was brought to you commercial free by the friendly folks at kleenex, don't you just love the feel of Kleen)

You just try doing better than That you jeep-sweep-maniac you. :P
