Personally I think we should just wait on the new set, which is only six weeks away, rather than do four more fill-ins. No slight on you guys who admirably filled in last league, but I'm thinking most of us are bored of last season anyway. If yall feel differently go ahead and go for it, I'll still play if yall want to procede.

FYI to DT and Zim. We still made need you guys when the new season starts. I know Niners said something about retiring from NLD and only playing keepers. He is the Bret Favre of NLD though. :wink:

Yeah, let's just wait.

The NLD history is always interesting to me. Kind of cool to see how things have evolved. I did notice one mistake in what I said above. Silver actually didn't take the lead in wins until NLD3 when he Tied with WM/JTJ and surpassed Lenny who won 98 in the first NLD and 89 in the second.

Even if Niners comes back, we'll need at least one of the "fill-ins" to stick around. Not sure how we determine who.

I'm pretty sure Silver will come back. Niners is a lot more iffy, but never say never until the cards come out.

I'm good either way, but probably does make sense to wait for the new set, given that it would come out while we'd be in the middle of this season.

PLUS this builds the anticipation factor that much more!

Doubt any of you guys are monitoriing this, but the cards will be out soon, very soon, guess we need to figure out who's back and who isn't....
