Can we nail down a time for the draft?

We are starting Thursday. There is no clock in the first round. Once the clock is on it runs 10am-10pm EST. I think 10am would be a good starting time on Thursday.

Got a quick question about the draft:

Does the draft lock once it starts? For instance, I believe I currently have picks up to round 11. If I trade one during the draft, would I get another one in round 12 or just have to play the first season with 39?

4) All owners must have a full 40 man roster upon completion of the annual Spring Free Agent draft.

You would get a pick because everyone needs to be at 40 by the end of the draft.

You are not allowed to trade picks that you do not own. Example, you can not trade a 12 round pick because you only need 11 to complete your roster.

Are we going to get an updated roster listing so that we know who's available (or unavailable) for the draft? Dare I ask if we'll get a master list of who's eligible for the draft? I realize that's a huge thing, but I figured I'd ask so I didn't go doing my own thing.

Ray - just noticed that Hamels was missing from the roster that was sent. Obviously, I will be keeping him. That should give me a 30 man roster.
