I would like to make a public statement/appology.

I am truly sorry for the unfair decisions that I have made or for any comments or photos I have sent that may be considered offensive.

There have been more than one message that I am hearing about decisions I have put forward that were considered to be unfair. It is not my intent to make this auction process anything but enjoyable for everyone. I do think that if anyone is unhappy with the process we should acknowledge that and deal with it ASAP so that there is not any growing animosity.

It is not too late too cancel the process, and I would prefer to do so now rather than waste more of anyone's valuable time if in fact anyone is considering dropping out or is feeling compelled to stay in against their better judgement.

I would like to continue the auction, but not at the cost of alienating, insulting, or offending any one of you.

If anyone would prefer to halt the auction at this time, PLEASE post that here soon. And again, I am sorry if my actions have caused any of you any angst.

I am shocked you are getting this type of feedback. I think you have been open, addressed situations, attempted to be fair. Who can say if you made the perfect decisions. Being a league organizer is a tough and sometimes thankless job. [b:05d9887c89]Rick, I think you are doing great.[/b:05d9887c89] If someone has a problem, I;d rather have it out in the open where we can discuss it. I see NO reason to redo the league.

I think the pictures thing went a little overboard, but I just let it go. I would prefer a little less soft porn, but I do not think it is the end of the world either.

I responded to Rick personally, but will post here as well. I fine with what's been going on and the way things have been handled. The pictures, so far, have been amusing.

This is the first of this I am hearing and will gladly take down anything that is bothering anyone, and would like to know so as to avoid offense in the future.

Complaining to Rick will slow the process of getting it removed (to the point where it's potentially beyond possible) and will probably only generate hard feelings.

If there was a problem, I was not aware of it. If I am a problem, I will stop.

For what it's worth, I think Rick is doing a good job being sensitive to his various constituents and dealing with the frequently thankless job of running a league (much less running em back to back.)
