Shows you how much I know. The teams I had rated at #3 & #5 are still not picked. :? That probably means my analysis is not very good. I went with Philly who I paired with Oakland in an 80M two team theme and failed miserably. I must be a glutton for punishment.

of course that begs the question of, if you picked 5th why didn't you take either?

I really struggled with the chisox but what the heck.... i'm on a credit!!! 8)

One of the biggest problems with that Philly/Oakland team is that in an 80M league you can't use everybody you want to like in this league.

I did not use the below players who have a salary of over 4M:

Mark Ellis
Dan Johnson
Bobby Crosby
Eric Chavez
Aaron Fultz
Billy Wagner
Jason Michaels
Brett Myers
Barry Zito

So even if I end up with the same pairing I suppose I could have different results.

For anyone who picks before my next pick and might not be around when their pick comes up I'll be glad to take your proxy as I'll be regularly checking this thread.

Acutally I had Philly rated #4. When my pick came up at the #5 spot my #3 team was still available (and still is) but after looking at them both again I decided to go with Philly instead.

One of the pleasant surprises I found while using Philly last time was Kenny Lofton. If you can keep him healthy he is quite a leadoff guy! I got 600 ABs out of him last time! Then again I have used Lofton once since then and he was continously injured to the point that I dropped him for Julio Lugo.
