my AIM is silverbergdave...

Cube is at the Mac convention but will be free tomorrow night. Sorry I might not have made it clear that he is already on the clock but as long as he can be here tomorrow, no biggie right?

There is a Bonus prize - Here's how it will work: Guesswhat the combined two salaries of Morneau and Howard will be in the TSN Card Set. Prize is 1st waiver pick in addition to your other waiver pick.

The only time that everyone can do a live draft is Wednesday 10pm EST (so therefore the Draft is Tomorrow Night).

We are looking at using AIM (Aol Instant Messenger) as the means of which to conduct the draft.

For info on setting that up if you don't have it see my previous post prior to this one.

PS Go ahead and make your first pick HERE below:

1. Qksilver - Beltran
2. Sandlot Shrink - Pujols
3. Damien - R. Howard
4. Cubit - [b:2c4f8ff7c0]Miguel Cabrera[/b:2c4f8ff7c0]
5. Alex-
6. Idanred-
7. AF Dickie-
8. Smitty-
9. Terry101-
10 Dalinoth-
11.TPassalac-
12 Detroit Tigers-

Sorry folks; I thought things started tonight at 10. I've been trying to keep up with Steve Jobs and his phenomena and Apple Inc for the past couple of days, and as you may know, there has been some activity at Apple .

What a remarkable situation. I had no idea I was up 4th and that you'd been waiting for me. This could be quite an adventure.

On the draft; I am absolutely 100% new to AIM. My name there is (as of 10 minutes ago) Gunjishi. Would someone be willing to explain how things will be conducted here? I'm happy to just post away or email somebody my next pick if things get weird.

Anyway, I've made a pick and off we go. Alex is up.... :)

PS What about my bonus guess? Where do I send my salary estimate? I'll look again at that post Terry.

Everyone has checked in except AF Dickie and Dalinoth- I pmd them both.

Cubit, you put your estimate here or pm me- All 11 estimates in- as soon as you guess I'll publish all 12. Read Sandy's stuff about AIM. I guess it is pretty simple.

We are set as long as AF. and Dalinoth are ready. Also, we can draft on this site until the live daft starts. We should be on instant messenger by 7:45- 7:50 to check in.

[quote:3794fc9c72="sandlotshrink"]1. AIM is Free

2. It is faster because on the threads here you will have to refresh constantly to know when picks have been made. On AIM you will see the picks instantaneously.

3. It can be downloaded @ [b:3794fc9c72]http://www.aim.com/[/b:3794fc9c72]If you don't already have an AOL User Name you will have to create one - That is free TOO! ;)

4. AIM will be easy to use. Once you download it you will open it and let us know the User name you choose. We will take care of the rest! :D

OK, so I've created an AIM account; couldn't get Cubit-- wonder who stole it? Anyway, I'm in as Gunjishi (Military History in Japanese) so ready to go... But I don't know where. Bear with me Sandy. I've hardly walked on the PC side.... and have succeeded in staying away from AOL until today.
