ninersphan - did irish joe ever send you his correct email address?
i know it's only been a few days, and i'd hate to replace him if something important came up preventing him from posting, but killer elite is very active and would be a nice addition to the league.
how long do you all think we should give joe before we ask killer to step in?

I agree things happen and are more important in life, but being awol for a week with commitments is a little much. I vote for killer to join and go ahead and make his pick.

When posteing your pick, PLEASE post first and last name, position and the team the player is on. It will make it much easier for my record keeping later on. I've updates all the picks to this format so far.

Guys, I have a bit of an issue here, and I want your input on it.
While Irishjoe has picked, I'm not real thrilled with either his response or his participation. The e-mail address he pm'ed me does not work. I don't know if he gave me a bad one in error or if it was a typo, either way it doesn't work. I stated when I started this league that memebership in the league was dependent on having a valid e-mail to confirm your participation. IMHO because Joe has NOT given me a valid address and has not responded to repeated attempts to get one from him both here in this thread and via PM, that he be replaced.
My opinion in this is also swayed by the fact that he is giving another league problems that one of you also participate in. Clearly Killer Elite has shown an eagerness to be in this league that Joe IMHO, has not.
If Joe had/has some explantion I'd love to hear it and get this matter settled, but he has so far been unabale or unwilling to provide one.
Before we get to much further along I'd like to hear all of your opinions on this matter. I guess what I'm asking is for you to vote Joe out and Killer in, I'll do what the majority wants, but right now I think the league will be better in the long run if this is the course of action that we take.

if joe has a valid explanation and confirms that he'll be reliable, i'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
however, ninersphan is the commish and said at the very beginning that he needs a valid email address each participant to be in the league. unless he complies with the rules, he must go, in my humble opinion.
