Damn you, JC! How'd you know I planned to merge the two best franchises of the 70s! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! (I really did, man). :( Insult to injury, I had NYG-db as my backup pick (either great minds think alike, or you're doggin' me out, man!). BUMMER!

Another note: hey, do we REALLY need to draft SIX teams? Seems like four would be enough. As the commish I am using my royal sanction to hereby decree you may PASS on your picks at any time (I plan on doing so after 4 teams most likely).

****This was HARD. I really wanted to merge OAK/CIN into a power/speed combo. No can do, so I checked EVERY team. REALLY looked at the db teams, but in the end I went with the team that gave me a little bit of everything (except speed). Cleveland consistently challenged NYY in the late 40s and througout the 50s, and you can see why: Boudreau, Rosen, Doby. Plus this iteration gives me Wynn, Lemon, and Satch, and some very good RP's (I'll have to plug holes later). If I can afford it, the middle of the diamond is Bench, Morgan, Boudreau and Doby. That's solid (and expensive) D.****
