OK, the first round has been completed! Now, per the original rules:
There will be "a 2-hour clock for subsequent rounds. If a manager fails to draft within the 2 hours, the next person is free to make a pick. The manager who was skipped may make his/her pick at any time, choosing from the players not yet picked.
"The clock will run seven days per week from 10AM until 10PM in the Eastern U.S. time zone, until the draft is completed."
This means, for example, that if the clock is on and the last pick for tonight had been made at 9:15 PM, then the next manager would have 45 minutes tonight AND 75 minutes tomorrow in which to make a pick. In this example, that manager's window of opportunity would run from 9:15 PM one night until 11:15 AM on the next morning.
