This is to confirm our format change for the QUICKSILVER LEAGUE on Friday Feb. 4th. This applies to this round only! The plan is changed from drafting 6 "live" on Friday night to drafting our 6 players, starting on Monday Jan 31st, on DiamondDope. We would then continue to have our frenzy on Friday Feb. 4th at 12:05 am est.

I forgot how long it takes me to do these stats! Wish I could type faster! :P For those of you new to the league, we did have a stats page for this and the FAST 6 League! I am badly behind on both but I will catch up sooner or later. You might want to check it out. I love stats and I think that this was one of the things that made this league different! Some of the records are amazing and will be hard to break...but it's always fun to try! :D -David

I'll be posting on the main boards for a randomizer request shortly. This is the order that I'll use to determine draft spots.

Very Likely I'll have the draft set up on DD sometime this evening as the object is to make sure we get our 6 picks in before Friday (Feb 4th) when our Frenzy is scheduled. Idon't see any reason to wait until tomorrow. We won't do any more than 6 picks on DD for 2 reasons. The first is just the format of the league, draft 6 players to ensure the player pool still has enough tier 1 players to make putting your teams together interesting. The second is to make sure that when we do get to the frenzy, it doesn't just consist of filling in backups! That isn't very interesting! I'm sure, with this group, that if we didn't set a limit as to how many we picked during the week, we would be almost done by Friday! I will not set any clock for this. You can proxy if you want but I want to make sure everyone has the chance to look at other people's picks without being under the gun to make a pick in a specified amount of time. I have no doubt we can pull off 6 picks before Friday using this format. You guys are good! :wink:
So in a nutshell...drafting can begin today as soon as I have the draft set up on DD and we Frenzy next Friday night (Feb 4th) at 12:05 est!
