GBBR II - GET CUMMINGS 2 !!!

Actually...

Postby ROBERTVOZZA » Tue Feb 20, 2007 1:46 am

A lot of GBBR is located in TX...(Edge and Sandy in Austin), Lee has business in Arlington...Jeep not too far away in SC and Stoney in Nebraska. Maybe we could all have a 2nd convention/weekend in Dallas or Austin or San Antonio. (Or maybe one of my favorite party and sports towns - Kansas City.)

Once I get the Cards paid and my other projects in motion, I really wouldn't mind enjoying some long weekends with Strat Buds. :D R

Rob, San Antonio is always a favorite of mine. :D

On the field I've finally caught up with Tom (thanks Chuck). Got close a couple of weeks ago and then he pulled away. Let's see if there's a little staying power this time.

Rob, Dallas would be great as well, I still get down there fairly often, although not as much as I used to, it's still once a month or so. I usually end up on the north side of town, but I know Dallas pretty well. Lot's to do, much fun to be had!!

Back on the field, I win 2 of 3..... and lose a game, although I'm back down trailing by a manageable amount. I'd really love to make the playoffs in this league, it would be a good way for me to wind up a pretty lousy 2006.

An FYI for all -

I will be having surgery Thursday, and my father will be in surgery the following Thursday, so I will be around less often than usual. So if I don't get back to anyone on potential deals and such thats the reason. I will be popping in and out when I have the chance and will get back to everyone then.

[quote:4d3c6bed27="CATom"]did you go on the Princess cruise from Galveston? Funny, we were in Galveston on Saturday - went to the Mardi Gras! My hotel is REAL close to the Bush airport, as a matter of fact we run a shuttle back and forth from there! I get a lot of the "cruise" people that come in a day early OR stay a day late! My wife really likes the cruise's, she used to own a travel agency and primarily booked crusies. She has been on SEVEN, when we met I told her i'd NEVER go because I get sea-sick! Been on four now myself  GREAT fun, can't wait to go on one of the western caribbean boats that leave from HERE or Galveston! Next time you are in the area give us a call ALTHOUGH I have to warn you, neither my wife NOR myself cook like Mr. Robert of Phoenix does! We do, however, know where there are a couple of GOOD sports bars!!!!! 8)

Tom, we were on the Grand Princess. It is a nice boat!!!! 8) We landed in Galveston early Saturday morning and noticed that Galveston was set up for the Mardi Gras celebration. Looked like fun and Diane was ready to earn some beads.... but we had to go straight to Houston. We had flown in the weekend before on Friday night and stayed at the Sheraton next to the airport. Is that yours? We may be there next year as well. My wife's sister was the headliner speaker on the Princess and she has made it an annual event. Anyway, next time, I need to make sure I let you know we are around and you could meet us at the hotel the night we get there. I may even buy you a drink! Perhaps a small water.

I... I ... I have [i:5127bc4a23]never[/i:5127bc4a23] been so insulted Kev. Whack-o???? Me?????

Fine.

I'll start singing again then:

"[i:5127bc4a23]Oooooooooo Sooooole mioooooooo[/i:5127bc4a23]"

Rob, since I haven't heard back from you I am starting to think you didn't get my PM the other day.

I'm going to send you another one later on tonight. I'll try to keep it short this time.

Pssst... kev... c'mere... listen to this:

"[size=18:5127bc4a23][i:5127bc4a23]Iiiiiiiiiiit's nooooowwww or neeeveeeeer[/i:5127bc4a23][/size:5127bc4a23]"[/quote:5127bc4a23]

Eeeeeeeek....I get the chills everytime Chuck sings!! Not the good kind of chills either. It's the kind of chills you would get if you saw Rosie O Donnell naked.

[quote:ce66cef6ac="robvoz"]For those of you who have ever met my 5 yr old...She was the 96.9 "Kid of the Week." Pam wrote up a description of how Zoe chose to use her piggy bank money (which she saved from the Summer until Xmas) to buy gifts for the poor children instead of herself or us. There was some other stuff, but I think the altruism of the true story is how she won the contest.

People from the station came to her school and honored her in front of her class, brought her a bag of gifts, took her photo and gave her a check for $96. She was interviewed and it aired this morning at 7AM. What a thrill for her. :D R[/quote:ce66cef6ac]

Rob, after meeting Zoe, I think you will be off the hook in a few short years. She will graduate from High School when she is 12 and college when she is 14. She will be making a $500K a year by the time she is 20. You are a lucky man! :D
