"Playoffs? Don't talk about playoffs? Are you kidding me? We'll be lucky just to win another game."

Man, I've wanted to use that for a long time. Thanks for providing that opening.

Once again...

Sorry about not being around very much. Definitely looking forward to hooking up, Jeep.

Anyone have word on how Kav is doing? His team is certainly doing well. Hope that makes him feel a little better. As far as my team in this league goes - Aside from not getting Hampton, I have done well well with teams pretty similar at PNC. I guess that's one of the things that makes this game so interesting.

06' was definitely not one I could find any consistency in. Should have patterned some teams after Cummings this year - But like Riggo and Lucky - I can never figure out how they win so much with players I would never touch. :? R

It's funny how my squad will out-of-nowhere get a sweep over a good team. This time over the leagues best team, enabling Lee to close to within 2 games of Kav's lead. Right now the East has a strangle-hold on the WC though. Someone is gonna have to play some amazing ball to knock one of those guys out of the p/o's.

Thanks Jeep!! Two has been the magic number these last couple of weeks though, I get there, and then get knocked back. So, maybe you should rest a few of those regulars tonight....

I don't feel safe in the least. I guess that's just my 2006 experience, you can fall off the map in the blink of an eye.

I think that...

The team in the East that plays my team the most times will be the one who wins the Division. It seems I can't buy a win against any of these teams. So if one of you has 3 more games against my team you'll likely have 3 more wins than the other.

I have never been swept so many times in ANY season I can recall since strat's inception. And trust me, I haven't ever tanked a game. This is my disaster team. One that just humbles you and allows you to observe the other team make great plays. R

In the "too little too late" mold I've swept three of my last four series, a 10-2 record in that span, winning by nice scores lifting my R.D. to a plus 41 and my home record to 10 games over .500. This team had the most bad luck the first half of the season it ain't even funny. Wouldn't have been so bad if it was mid-summer and I had ten/twelve other teams going, but I had only one other team going so the futility was magnified.

Well anyhoo the final 12 games will be spent playing spoiler and getting a better record than Kev.
