But i've gotten a couple of PM's from memebers of this league asking my interpretation of your rules as they were cribbed from the USKL3/NAKL rules.

While I'm flattered to be thought of as someone you can get advice from, I'd ask all of you to work things out with whomever is your commisioner. I feel VERY uncomfortable being brought into this, even tangentally.

And for your commissioner I'd say to spell everything out in the written rules you can possibly think of, never assume that what you intended in the rules is inferred or assumed by the rest of the owners. OVER communicate. That way at least you have a written record you can track.

Ray, you keep saying if we have questions we should ask. Then a straightforward question is asked, and there's no answer. So again:
Question One: Who is eligible for this draft?
Question Two: Who is ineligible?

Everyone that is not considered a prospect is eligible. You can only select prospects in the prospect draft. That would mean that anyone with ANY major league experience is eligible.

OK, thank you. The rules--and I know you didn't write them--don't really say. So that would mean that anyone who has ever pitched one inning or had one PA in MLB is eligible, right?
