I like my team, just Hope I have enough offense to compete. I also hope my number 1 starter actually acts like a number 1 for a change. I have not had great luck with the higher priced starting pitchers this year. In fact my two favorites are Jaret Wright and Matt wise, both of whom have yet to dissappoint.

Niners - We can't do the deal. We don't really want the player that makes the most sense for you to trade and we don't want to gamble on someone not being available on waivers to replace him. I'm going to talk with Jet more later today, but don't wait on us because it doesn't look like its going to happen.

No problem wineman. He wasn't a "must get" for me. I will pick him up for the aformentioned player if you guys drop him, but I can live with my guy in any case.

I like my 'pen and my lineups. I was noticing a little early sim trouble vs. WM/JTJ in their park vs hard RHP (ala Livan), which dictated the move for Jimenez to platoon with Boone. I hate platooning my 1 at 2B but vs tough RHP in that park, the 3e8 with 40%+ OBP is much much better than the 1e16 with under 30%- OBP.

I'd like to upgrade 1 of my SPs at some point, but since they won't be pitching much anyway, I can live with them. I think my lineup will easily score 1100 runs in our div....now if we can somehow give up less than 1050.... :?
