But I bet you didn't know that the back of the Pacer was inspired by the rear end of my sister in law

I was only jesting about the Jeeps being attrocious. 8)

However, my parents owned an AMC Hornet in the mid-70s when I lived in Wisconsin. I was 11 or 12 years old. We driving along a country road and the engine suddenly made a loud popping sound and there was smoke pouring out of the hood!! The car started jerking around and my dad slammed on the breaks because he immediately couldn't see in front of him because of the smoke. Me and my 2 brothers went flying into the back of the front seats (because seatbelts were unheard of at that time). We all got banged up but not serious.
No cellphones of course and the next farm was a mile or so away so we started walking in the heat and humidity! We got close to this old farm and a couple of nasty looking rabid looking dogs came running straight at us...........

Points for a win vs. Jeep:
In Division=1 point
Out of Div=2 points

For a loss vs. Jeep:
In Division=minus 1 point
Out of Div=minus 2 points

Bonus Points for a Shutout*:
In Division=2 points
Out of Div=4 points
*minus points if JeepDriver shuts you out

Points for a Dunk (Sweep)*:
In Division=6 points
Out of Division=12 points
*minus points if JeepDriver dunks you

end of the story

Postby KEVINEHLE » Wed Aug 30, 2006 9:54 am

...................the dogs tore us all to shreds and we were all buried in shallow graves in the farmer's cornfield. However, that never stopped me from my haunting the Strato boards on TSN.
