That's entirly up to you and wineman joe.

The way I see it, the rules were posted, Riggo both posted here and picked [b:cca22e66e5]after[/b:cca22e66e5] the rules were posted.

Because of that I [i:cca22e66e5][b:cca22e66e5]assume[/b:cca22e66e5][/i:cca22e66e5] (always dangerous I know) he knows the clock would turn on after round 1 and that it is a 3 hour clock.

That's why we use penn's site so we can leave proxies.

Now becuase you and wineman have the next pick you have 3 hours to either make it or give it to riggo.

Sorry if this comes off as being harsh, just my interpretation of the rules.
