Just need dr. x to change his state and Munich Man to check in. Feel free to give MM a headsup if you're in a league with him. :)
If neither has dropped by before 7pm I'll assign them both lottery states so that we can at least get the draft order finalized.
MM will get Illinois since he is a cubs fan, and dr. x will get Kentucky since that is close to West Virginia. :)

Changing my state to KY is fine AT. I don't know how I missed that WV was already taken by Novie.
Two questions:

1 - You can make changes to your 2 protected Franchise players until the end of the day that the last person (MM) posts his protected players (assuming he wants to protect any). If that post comes after 6pm, you'll have until 10am the next morning.
2 - You can make trades before, during & after the draft. The only time trades are not allowed are during 'steal rounds', of which there won't be any this season, and after the offician TSN trade/fa deadline of Game 141.

Meanwhile Poll I results have determined that it will be a [b:387792a5ce]sixteen (16)[/b:387792a5ce] round draft. Please remember that if you're keeping 1 player, you lose your 16th round selection, and if you're keeping 2 players you'll lose your 15th & 16th round selections. What would occur is simply that you can either draft an E. Andres type player, or hit the SKIP button on the draft site.
[b:387792a5ce]However, because everyone has protected at least 1 player, I have a suggestion ... since everyone will not be using the last round of the draft, let us instead make it a round where ballparks are drafted (declared actually - since multiple use of ballparks are allowed). That way ballparks are declared in the reverse order of the 1st round [u:387792a5ce]AND[/u:387792a5ce] we don't waste a round for no reason*. Owners who protected 2 players instead of one, would of course still draft a scrub/skip turn in the 17th round[/b:387792a5ce]
Also results of Poll II have determed that divisions, at least for Season VII, will be based on Draft Order with 1/4/7/10, 2/5/8/11, 3/6/9/12 format. I would recommend that we use the same divisional setup for at least 2 seasons, and return to the issue, if there is any interest, at the start of Season IX.
* - I did originally state that ballparks did not need to be unique for Season VII, due to the vast # of parks, but if there is a demand we can also stick with tradition and go with 12 unique parks. Of course with so many parks, even if someone takes your favourite pitcher park, you should still be able to find a similar park available.
