The simple rules for the "last call" round would be... (a) you can ONLY add a team that was dropped AFTER your round 2 pick, in other words only if you didn't have an option to pick up the team already... and (b) other eligibility rules still apply (max 1H, 1P dropped per offseason, must have at least 3H, 3P, etc.) so that if a team already added two new teams, they couldn't pick up one in the last call round.

I believe, although wjanssen will confirm since it was his proposal, that only the owners before HakMusic are allowed to participate in the 'last call round' since every owner after HakMusic had the chance to add the team he dropped - but chose to pass and didnt make any drops of their own.

Lets give until Monday for owners to participate in the 'last call round' and then we can start loading up the league. :)

AT - can you create the league either tonight, friday, or saturday? im out of town for a week on sunday and i have no idea if i will have internet access. thanks in advance!

The Seasonal Rotation will be as follows (for the first 4 seasons)
Season I: 100 DH
Season II: 80 DH
Season III: 100 No DH
Season IV: 80 No DH

Owners are also expected to use at least 2 different stadiums within the first 4 years. I will of course lead by example. :wink:
