Just getting back in looks like there are two questions on the table and a couple of announcements to be made. First the questions:

The stadiums in the past when a new owner signs up they pick a stadium then as well, yes they are unique.

ineluki
The rosters its only the players that you have on your team at the end of the season that you have under your control for the next year. So the most you could have is 28 I think is the that TSN allows.
